Purpose of this page
The Affinity Health mini funnel is used to capture enquiries from people who want information about affordable healthcare insurance options, staff healthcare cover checks, or referral partner opportunities.
Important: This enquiry is not a medical scheme application. It is a request for contact and guidance around health insurance options and, where applicable, consultant follow-up through the official Affinity/ABN process.
Information we may collect
- Name, WhatsApp/contact number, area/suburb and preferred contact method.
- General enquiry details such as whether the request is for an individual, family, staff group or referral partner.
- Budget range, current cover position, business/staff details or referral partner information where voluntarily supplied.
- For an Expression of Interest, additional details may be captured only after consent, such as title, first name, surname, province, preferred language, contact details, product group, comments and other information required by the Affinity EOI process.
- Website analytics such as page visits, click events, UTM campaign source, device type and approximate location statistics.
How we use the information
- To contact you about your enquiry.
- To understand which route applies: individual/family, business/staff, or referral partner.
- To prepare follow-up messages and submit an Expression of Interest where you have asked us to do so.
- To monitor which campaigns, referral partners and outreach methods generate useful enquiries.
- To improve the funnel and follow-up process.
Consent and opt-out
By submitting the form, you consent to being contacted by Johan / Comprehensive Group about affordable healthcare insurance options and related follow-up. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP or by requesting that your enquiry be closed.
We do not collect premiums or client money through this page. Any application, premium or official product process must follow the approved Affinity/ABN process.
Storage and access
Lead and EOI information is stored in a private data folder on Comprehensive Group hosting and is accessed by authorised admin users for follow-up and submission purposes. Analytics records do not store raw IP addresses in the analytics log; a hashed visitor identifier is used for counting unique visits.
